This mining company saw an opportunity to take advantage of it's Geological image technology (ER Mapper) for use in then online real estate and insurance claim processing industries.
Initially a paper only concept the company drew together assets to bring the product to market.
I was contacted to lead the programming team after it became obvious that the project was faltering after 3-4 months.
After the initial week of investigation, I was able to take over the project and get it back on track. Further developments allowed the product to shift away from it's initial plan and within 6 months a finished product - including business model, target market and new major feature - was delivered.
