Global Health Source is a leading international recruitment agency. Recruiting in the allied health professionals area they need to be able to store a large amount of information on their candidates.
After looking at several off the shelf recruitment packages, they found that nothing quite suited their needs.
They needed to be able to store and seemingly infinite amount of job experience, qualifications, skills and other important details for each of their candidates and almost the same amount of information for their clients.
I was able to create a flexible system that suited their initial needs precisely. Global Health Source was then able to confidently make requests for changes and additions that were quickly and seamlessly added to their existing system.
Over the course of 6 years "The Girls" and I have been able to adapt their system to meet the challenges of running an internationally recognised company. Currently recruiting in South Africa, Canada, USA, Britain, France, Norway, India, Japan, Brazil and New Zealand (to name just a few!) Global Health Source shows no sign of slowing down and with their customised system, why should they?!
